Elements

Before joining the Workout of the Day classes (WOD), participants must first complete elements classes.

Elements classes teach the basic movements put into workouts each day. Elements classes prepare new members for the group classes, which will teach members how to scale weights appropriately. Athletes must show sufficient knowledge of the exercises performed before joining the group WOD classes.

The elements classes consists of three classes that last approximately one hour long. To get started, please contact us.
